Polish. From scratch to fluency.
We teach Polish to adults and teenagers in groups of 8–10, at every level from A1 to B2. Each level is 30 hours of structured teaching plus pronunciation sessions and reading and writing practice.
Our approach
Polish opens doors: to a job interview, to the doctor, to city hall, to the school where your children study. Our courses are built around situations you actually face, so you start using the language from the very first class.

30 hours per level
Every level — A1, A2, B1, B2 — is 30 hours of structured teaching following a set syllabus, with homework and regular progress checks.

Groups of 8–10 people
Small, stable groups. Everyone has time to speak and ask questions. You learn alongside people at the same stage.

Pronunciation, reading and writing
Each level comes with additional pronunciation sessions and separate reading and writing practice on top of the 30-hour syllabus — not just grammar and vocabulary.
Courses and programmes
Polish A1–B2: from beginner to independent
Group courses for 8–10 people, from absolute beginner (A1) to upper intermediate (B2). Each level is 30 hours of structured lessons. Additional pronunciation practice and dedicated reading and writing sessions are included on top of that. Topics are drawn from real life: work, health, housing, administration.
telc exam preparation
Course designed for the telc Polish B1, B2 or C1 exam. We cover the exam format, practise all four skills and run mock tests. Classes are held at our Warsaw office, which is also an official telc examination centre.
State certificate preparation
Preparation for the Polish state language certificate (Państwowa Komisja ds. Poświadczania Znajomości Języka Polskiego jako Obcego). Required for Polish citizenship and permanent residence. We focus on the official exam format and the skills it tests.
Polish for children
Polish language classes for school-age children, in small groups. We focus on the language they need to function at a Polish school: classroom vocabulary, communication with teachers and peers.
School subject tutoring
Group support for children catching up with the Polish school curriculum. Patient, paced to the child, across all core subjects.
Distance learning support
A quiet space, laptops and headphones for children continuing their schooling online in their country of origin's curriculum. We make sure they can study without falling behind.
Fees and access
The same quality of teaching for everyone. The contribution depends on your situation.

Polish for adults, one level. 30 hours of structured teaching per level, groups of 8–10 participants. Pronunciation sessions and reading and writing classes are additional hours on top of the 30-hour programme. BrainGreen Foundation completion certificate issued on finishing.
350 zł
Applies to the adult Polish language course. Available to anyone holding a current document confirming refugee status or subsidiary protection in Poland. Please bring your document when signing up.

Requires a short written application describing your situation, supported by relevant documents (e.g. income statement, social services letter). Every application is reviewed individually and handled with full respect for your privacy.
Course fees go entirely towards the cost of our educational activities and allow us to run free support programmes for people with refugee experience. By choosing the standard rate, you help others learn alongside you.
Free of charge, no application required: school subject tutoring for children and distance learning support for children following their home-country curriculum.
