A HUMANITARIAN AND ECOLOGICAL DISASTER

The blowing up of the dam on the Dnieper River in Nowa Kakhovka is the greatest ecological and humanitarian disaster of our time. Although at the moment the consequences of this disaster are not yet known, there is no given number of victims – people who drowned in their own homes, domestic animals and wild animals inhabiting areas that are now under water, one thing is obvious. We have to act extremely fast.

URGENT HELP NEEDED!

Lack of access to clean water makes it impossible to maintain hygiene, prepare meals, and highly polluted water, even if its level goes down, will be a source of many diseases. Washed-out cemeteries, landfills, chemicals, oils, dead animals, etc. are washed down with water. It’s hard to imagine how great a tragedy this situation is for the people who survived. Their homes are now under water or in highly contaminated areas, and also in the vicinity of the front line.

We would like to ask for financial support for the purchase of necessary products and for donations in kind. Every day we receive information about current needs, so please contact us in advance: hello@braingreen.org

Title: Donation to help flood victims after blowing up the dam in Kachowka

We also organize humanitarian aid transports or support transports of friendly organizations. We thoroughly analyze the demand reported from Ukraine. The products we deliver always go to people in need. Over the last year, several dozen transports have left our warehouses, mostly to places with a large number of internally displaced persons and to the front line. In winter, we delivered several tons of warm clothing and food for civilians, several hundred pairs of shoes for the army (deliveries directly to soldiers on the front line), military clothing, underwear, cleaning products, etc. After the tragic earthquake that occurred on February 6, 2023 in near the Turkish-Syrian border, we delivered disinfectants and dressing materials.
